Open Wire Wound Resistors - HVR Pentagon Ltd

Mounting Styles HVR Pentagon open wire wound resistors are available un-mounted or in a variety of mounting styles similar to those available for vitreous resistors.
Dimensions The dimensions of HVR Pentagon open wire wound resistors are similar to the dimensions of vitreous resistors and as shown in the table below.
Power Ratings - Continuous Duty HVR Pentagon open wire wound resistors are designed to operate at a maximum temperature rise of 280°C. If a lower surface temperature is required, please refer to the graph shown below.
Resistance Tolerance The standard tolerance on resistance for open wound resistors is +/- 10% when fitted with one tapping clip.
